Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
At Balance Nourishment, we honor both commitment and compassion. The following policies are designed to protect your time and ours while maintaining fairness and clarity.
1. Discovery Session (Complimentary)
Discovery sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.
2. 6-Session & 12-Session Coaching Programs
Payment
All coaching programs must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Refunds
Due to the time, preparation, and energetic commitment involved:

Coaching programs are non-refundable after the first session.

If cancellation is requested before the first session, a refund may be issued, subject to a $150 administrative fee.

Unused sessions must be completed within:

4 months (6-session program)

8 months (12-session program)

3. Retreats
Deposit
Retreat deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future retreat within 12 months.
Cancellations

60+ days before retreat: Full refund minus deposit.

30–59 days before retreat: 50% refund (minus deposit).

Less than 30 days before retreat: Non-refundable.
If Balance Nourishment must cancel a retreat, participants will receive a full refund.
Participants are responsible for their own travel insurance.
4. Workshopts
Workshop registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or future workshop (with 48 hours’ notice).
5. Digital Products (Guides, Recipes)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
6. Wardrobe Experience

50% deposit required to secure booking (non-refundable).

The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final styling guide.

Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice.
